Website Development

  • 1. What will my website be built on?
We build all of our websites on a Content Management System, also known as a CMS. This allows you to make updates to your site without having to know any sort of coding language. Depending on your business needs, we will make a recommendation for what will fit your needs best. Most of our clients tend to have websites built on Fusion CMS because it’s a powerful yet extremely easy to use platform for our users.
  • 2. Can I fix my old website instead of starting with a new?
A website is more than just the physical appearance, it’s also the site architecture and the technology behind it, both of which may or may not be helping or hurting you in Google rankings and user experience. If you’re looking for just graphic updates or content updates that’s one thing, but if your site is not hitting industry benchmarks (like site speed, mobile responsiveness, content architecture, etc.), then it’s a good time to evaluate your options. Starting with a new website lets you talk about your business as it sits today but also where you’d like to be in the next several years. Modern websites have more functionality available to them to make updating and maintaining your website much easier in the future.
  • 3. Will you train me on how to use my website?
Your Account Manager will walk through training on how to use your site as we approach launch. We wait until your site is almost complete so that you can learn to use the CMS and make updates on the backend of your actual website! We’ll also record this training so you can see it in the future.
  • 4. Why we require 80% of content before development?
Your content is a crucial part of your site, so having it ready before development helps our team better optimize and build your site around the content that will be there. Content is often the biggest bottleneck, so we like to be proactive in getting a majority of the content in place before we begin the final steps in the process.

Digital Marketing

  • 1. How do I promote my new website?
There are a number of great ways to promote your website when it launches, and we’re happy to help! Here are a few of our favorite ways to promote your website launch:
    1. Social Media Posts & Content Building (Facebook,
    2. LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
    3. Email to Your Newsletter Subscribers
    4. Pay-Per-Click Advertising
    5. Facebook & Instagram Ads
    5. Promotional Codes (for eCommerce sites)
    6. Networking Launch Party
  • 2. Why am I not ranking #1 in search results right away?
While your site may be optimized for organic SEO, it takes a while for the bots that are crawling your website to see the changes that you’ve made and in turn improve your rankings. Organic SEO can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months - you are simply at the mercy of Search Engines. That being said, if a first-place rank is important to your team, we’d recommend a Pay-Per-Click strategy that can put your results above the fold.
  • 3. What does a digital marketer do?
Digital marketing has evolved to the point where an immense array of specialists consult with brands to develop effective strategies or implement programs. If you’re new to digital marketing, or lack experience or resources, you should consider engaging an experienced and versatile digital marketing consultant.
  • 4. What is conversion rate optimization?
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is the process of increasing the percentage of conversions from your digital property, typically a web page. CRO involves executing tactics to improve the elements on your site (or app) through testing. Relative to your marketing funnel, CRO focuses on moving prospects to the next stage.

  • 2. What Is Involved In Setting Up An ECommerce Website?
First, of course, you'll need a site design and the usual functional elements of a website, such as a contact form. For standard eCommerce functionality, you will need several additional components: an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, a merchant account, a payment gateway, a back-end database for processing orders and storing customer information, and a shopping cart solution. Spritz can help you with all of these items.
  • 3. An SSL For A Domain Name Also Valid For Its Sub-Domains?
No, unless you get a wildcard certificate, the SSL certificate is only valid for the exact domain or sub-domain that you registered it for. If you require an SSL for a sub-domain, keep in mind that the sub-domain has to be on a dedicated IP address.
  • 4. I'm Selling A Few Products. Can You Set Me Up With PayPal?

Also, as your sales grow, it will become more economical to switch to a standard merchant plan.

Mobile App Development

  • 1. Can you give me a fixed-price quote?
Before we begin your project, we work with you to write a detailed project specification and then provide you with a fixed-price quote to deliver the work. This fixed price and specification protects you: you can hold us accountable to deliver exactly what has been put to paper, for that exact cost. No hidden charges, no sneaky fees, everything is clear and concise. A fixed price and accurate specification may take a commitment of time from yourself and Ranhawk to reach. Before that commitment is made, you may appreciate a ballpark quote. See below.
  • 2. Will I own the source code?
Yes, you will be assigned appropriate copyright or license rights for the bespoke code that we write for your project. We are transparent with intellectual property rights, and you will have the opportunity to review our code ownership terms before the project begins.
  • 3. Can you deliver my project quicker?
In some cases yes, in others, no. Can nine women deliver a baby in one month? This analogy can be applied to tech projects too. Sometimes, by dedicating more developer resource to a project, it can be completed much faster. But in other situations, we may be restricted by the project, technology or security requirements. If you have a date requirement, contact us as soon as possible so we can do our very best to meet it.
  • 4. How do you manage backups?
Our standard servers are backed up every day, both on site via bare-metal backups in the event of a complete server failure, as well as in a secure redundant off-site location within the India. This provides multiple layers of backup redundancy, allowing data to be recovered quickly and completely. Should you need data backups by-the-minute then we can configure a bespoke setup for you based on the granularity that you require.

Graphic Design

  • 1. What do graphic designers use to create designs?
Graphic designers can use hand-illustrated designs as well as computer-aided designs thanks to a wide range of software with nearly endless digital design tools. The availability of software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop have become staples of the graphic designer.
  • 2. How many logo design options will you provide?
Let’s get this one straight… we don’t do canned logos. We will pitch you a custom look based on your needs. For most clients, we will only pitch one very well-thought-out completely custom logo concept. If we have a few ideas, we will show multiple options, but usually, we have an idea of what will represent your brand well, and we can capture it in just one shot.
  • 3. What if I don’t like it?
Then we throw it out the window and start over. The team at Iconic is well-versed in many different styles. Chances are, we can give you the look you are going for. If you hate the first draft, we are capable of doing a 180 and starting in a new direction. Usually, our questionnaire that you will answer at the beginning of the project helps us get a feel for the look, so it isn’t often that clients feel like our work greatly misses the mark… but we aren’t perfect. When we do miss, we make sure to make it right.
  • 4. How many revisions do I get?
Many freelance designers will limit the number of revisions you get on your logo design or graphics. That isn’t really the way to get YOU the best product, is it? With Iconic, you can revise until the cows come home. We build revision time into our planning so that you can get the best graphic design services possible.

Augmented Reality

If you want to develop a consumer AR experience, you can install Unite AR which is on the affordable side and you can create one without using a code.
